Fresh air and green rolling pastures, cow bells, alpine towns, spires atop magnificently decorated churches. This fine design is Tyrollean in style but Italian in spirit and made for a spectacular wedding film in the Italian Dolomites.

wedding ceremony location in Italy

Italian style – exquisite wedding ceremony venue, in San Vigilio di Marebbe

The inspiration to create this unique wedding film came from arriving in this beautiful wonderland and meetings its warm people. We loved being here to create a personalised and unforgettable wedding film for Peter and Petra. They, together with their generous families opened their arms to us in a way that bowled us over. Weddings are a very personal time yet we were made to feel like invited guests.
We derived huge inspiration by what this lovely couple represented.
Precious content for our wedding film
Music is so important. In this case we were thrilled that the local choir, a soloist, a violinist and organist would perform at the wedding in the magnificent Church, the Parrocchia di San Vigilio di Marebbe. During the ceremony I (quietly) ran up and down the stairs to capture the beautiful sound that emanated from the choir and that violinist! Oh my, and when I was up there I got a close-up of the ornate ceiling. What a ceiling! More content for a stunning wedding film.
Gorgeous location in the mountains
The Italian-style reception included abundant, astonishing food and was held at the elegant Bella Vista Hotel Emma. This modern, stylish hotel is designed with every comfort in mind.
You cannot go wrong with a wedding venue like this one.

When thinking about your special day consider how to personalise it and make it yours.
On this occasion we understood that family, tradition and heritage were really important for the couple and it was essential that we captured this detail in their wedding film.
Italian wedding tradition for film content

In Italy all wedding guests get a bow on their car

The wedding was in German because this part of Italy has a history of Austrian rule. David is great with languages. Thus far he has created wedding films in Italian, Portuguese, English, Afrikaans, Dutch, German and still counting …. he is a true linguist.
